    Dunn Tire LLC is looking for qualified managers. The primary job involves overseeing all operating our retail tire & automotive repair shop. You are responsible for delivering a World Class experience to our existing customers and trying to build a new customer base. Dunn Tire sells replacement passenger tires and provides under car automotive repairs services throughout Western & Central New York and Northern Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have previous sales & management experience in a retail setting or like industry. No experience in the automotive field required, but will be considered a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity 
    • Oversee the day to day operations of the store
    • Constructing and implementing Schedules while staying within payroll budgets.
    • Controlling costs to keep operations profitable
    • Responsible for sales & profit attainment (P&L).
    • Ensuring safety procedures are followed 
    • Controlling work flow to ensure customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Must have verifiable management experience.
    • Must have great communication & customer service skills.
    • Team-building skills
    • Enthusiasm in retail is a key requirement.
    • Time Management
    • Strong multi-tasking skills
    • Windows, Word and basic understanding of Excel
    • Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain and work within a budget
